Mid Century Modern bar / bookcase by Stanley Furniture Company, circa 1960s. This unique piece features sliding doors at the top with large cube-shaped compartments behind so you can hide or showcase your collection or liquors. A wide display shelf in the center is perfect for holding decorative objects, art or media items. Two long, skinny drawers and two smaller shelves below. The case sits on a heavy duty iron base which gives this pieces a "floating" appearance yet is incredibly solid and sturdy. Backside is finished so it can float in a room or act as a room divider. Some wear from age and use and an imperfection on the center shelf, as pictured.
